A dental membership is a simple alternative to insurance. For one flat yearly cost, your routine preventive care is covered, the cleanings and exams that keep your teeth healthy, plus imaging on the Adult and Perio plans, and you pay less on any other treatment you need.
There are no premiums to a third party, no deductibles, no annual maximums, and no claim forms. You know what you are paying, and what you are getting, from day one.

The plans

Every membership includes the essentials below. The plans differ mainly in how many cleanings or periodontal visits you need, which Dr. Fleming recommends based on your gum health and ADA guidelines.

Two routine exams a year
Two fluoride applications
One emergency visit (exam and imaging)
Child Plan
Ages 13 and under
Includes 2 cleanings
Adult Plan
Ages 14 and up
Includes 2 cleanings and annual imaging
Perio Plan
Ages 14 and up
Includes 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings and annual imaging
The Perio Plan is for patients diagnosed with periodontal (gum) disease, who need more frequent maintenance to stay healthy. Dr. Fleming will let you know which plan fits.
New patients pay $550 for the Adult Plan the first year. The Adult Plan can add a third cleaning for $70. Members receive 10% off treatment, excluding orthodontics.

Is this dental insurance?
No. It is a membership offered directly by our practice, which makes it simpler. There is no third party, no claims, and no deductibles. You pay us once a year, and your covered care is included.
What if I already have insurance?
Then this plan probably is not for you. Our membership is designed for patients without dental insurance who still want to stay ahead of their care.
Does it cover fillings, crowns, or other treatment?
Those are not included, but members save 10% on treatment, excluding orthodontics. You will always get a clear estimate before anything begins.
How long does it last, and can I renew?
Your membership runs for twelve months from the day you join, and it is easy to renew.
