A dental membership is a simple alternative to insurance. For one flat yearly cost, your routine preventive care is included, the cleanings, exams, and X-rays that keep your teeth healthy, and you pay less on any other treatment you need.
There are no premiums to a third party, no deductibles, no annual maximums, and no claim forms. You know what you are paying, and what you are getting, from day one.

Every membership includes the essentials below. The plans differ mainly in how many cleanings or periodontal visits you need, which Dr. Fleming recommends based on your gum health and ADA guidelines.

Includes 4 periodontal maintenance visits
The Perio plans are for patients diagnosed with periodontal (gum) disease, who need more frequent maintenance to stay healthy. Dr. Fleming will let you know which plan fits.
Savings are based on Dr. Fleming’s standard professional fees. Recommended visit frequency is prescribed by Dr. Fleming based on ADA guidelines. Excludes orthodontic treatment.

A few common questions.
Is this dental insurance?
No. It is a membership offered directly by our practice, which makes it simpler. There is no third party, no claims, and no deductibles. You pay us once a year, and your covered care is included.
What if I already have insurance?
Then this plan probably is not for you. Our membership is designed for patients without dental insurance who still want to stay ahead of their care.
Does it cover fillings, crowns, or other treatment?
Those are not included, but members pay less on them: 10% off in-office care, and 15% off periodontal treatment. You will always get a clear estimate before anything begins.
How long does it last, and can I renew?
Your membership runs for twelve months from the day you join, and it is easy to renew.
